मित्रो !
अपराध चाहे अनजाने
में हुआ हो
या फिर जान-बूझ कर
किया गया हो,
दोनों ही दशाओं
में अपराध का
कारण सदैव अज्ञान
ही होता है।
अनजाने में अपराध करने वाला यह नहीं जानता कि
वह जो कुछ कर रहा है वह अपराध है, जान-बूझ कर अपराध करने वाला यह तो जानता है कि वह
जो कुछ कर रहा है वह अपराध है किन्तु वह यह नहीं जानता कि अपराध करना अनुचित है।
The
reason behind all crimes is always ignorance, in both the cases, whether it is
done unintentionally or committed deliberately.
One who commits an offence unknowingly does not
know that whatever he is doing is an offence and the other who commits an
offence knowing that whatever he is doing is an offence, commits the offence
because he does not know that it is unfair to commit an offence.
